AEBLESKIVERS

3 cups buttermilk, sour                                                         1 tsp. baking powder

1 cup sweet milk                                                                    1 tsp. salt

4 cups flour                                                                             1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. baking soda                                                                  6 eggs, add whites lastly

Mix dry ingredients. Add yolks and liquids. Beat hard. Fold in beaten egg whites.



PAN-A-KOOKEN

1/2 stick butter                                                      4 eggs

2 Tbsp. sugar                                                     1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. salt                                                            1 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla                                                        1 cup flour



Melt the margarine in a 9 X 12 pan.  Beat the eggs and all other ingredients and put in the pan with the melted margarine. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.  Stiff peaks will appear when baking. Serve immediately with preserves or powdered sugar, honey, or strawberrys. Cut in about 8 squares.



CRISPY PARMESAN POTATOES

4 to 5 peeled potatoes,                                        1/2 cup crushed Rice Krispies

      Cut into chunks                                                1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 Cup melted butter                                             Salt and pepper



Dip potatoes into margarine or butter and then into mixture of Rice Krispies crumbs and Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Put in cake pan, drizzle any remaining crumbs and butter over top.  Bake at 350* about 45 minutes.
